    How do I know what size to choose?

    Please refer to our size chart.

    All footwear manufacturer's use different sizing system, which make difficult to know what size fits you better at the most. We have fit notes and recommendations in each product to better help you to determine your size.

    Important: Some däv styles are contour and fit smaller to true size. 

    My size fall between sizes, should I order a bigger or smaller size?

    We recommend going down a up.

    How do I sign up to the mailing list?

    Where do you deliver? 

    Australia and New Zealand. But please contact us if you are in any other country. We want you to enjoy däv and we are happy to help you find the nearest stockist.

    How do I track my order?

    After your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation order with your tracking code.

    How long is shipping?

    Your order will be shipped by Australia Post. Orders placed for metro areas before 10am AEST - Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be received within 3 business days*. Orders placed on the weekend will usually be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

    These are estimated delivery times only and not guaranteed. däv Australia will not be liable for any delay in delivery. Orders placed during sale or promotional periods and delivery to some rural areas may be subject to delay.

    How much is shipping?

    däv offers free shipping for any order over $100 within Australia.

    Shipping for orders within Australia under $100 is AU$ 10.00. Shipping to New Zealand is AU$25.00.

    Do you have stockists?

    Yes and we are looking at expanding our partners network. Please contact us for wholesale inquires. 

    Can I amend my order?

    We aim to get your order to you in record time so for that reason we are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. 

    Have you received my return?

    You will be notified via email once we have received your boots & a refund/exchange will be processed within 48 hours.
